I recently discovered your blog. Thanks for the motivation and the direction. I wrote down my skills and decided to create a digital solution to manage photos. Wish me luck.

Great post to frame how to think, question is over 50 folks usually have a lot more to lose than someone who's 23 and just starting out. That is probably, I surmise what holds most people back. Thoughts?

Can you tell me what exactly you mean by saying that over 50 folks have a lot more to lose? Can you name it specifically?

By that I mean more possessions, bigger mortgage, larger tuition as they support their kids, near egg etc. when I was 23, I literally had zero dollars to my name, couldn't care less - almost looking to try everything once

I see. While those obligations are real, for some people, these are massive motivators. While restrictions are challenging, they may drive people to do more in less time. I know people with kids who successfully run businesses and spend time with family. It's certainly not easy, but it is achievable. It starts with decisions and actions.

Most people will never do it because they are too comfortable and don't really want any changes in life. But everyone is different, and that's the beauty of life. Do what aligns with your goals and purpose. Nobody can make this decision for you.
